Microsoft Web Site

►Windows Media Player 9.0 or lower. Free software can be downloaded from:

If you upgrade to a version higher than 9.0, you may have problems with the audio.

►Java Runtime Environment (JRE)—This free software can be downloaded from the

Sun Microsystems web site. Click on the "Download J2SE JRE" link, then follow the installation instructions for the JRE:
Download J2SE JRE. Accept the license agreement. Click the selection Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language (j2re-1_4_2_11-windows-i586-p.exe) option. Make sure to click open or run depending on your system setup. Accept the license agreement and install the typical version. Once the download is complete, you will need to restart your machine. To verify the download was installed properly, open your browser and select the Tools option from the menu. "Sun Java Console" should now be listed on the menu.
